No. 26Vodka & Gin Pickle Cocktails

Pickle Collins

Tall, fizzy and refreshingly briny.

The Pickle Collins is a tall, fizzy gin sour: gin, fresh lemon, simple syrup and dill pickle brine shaken, then lengthened with soda water over ice. It is bright, lemony and lightly salty: the classic sweet-sour Collins, where the Pickle Vodka Soda is bone-dry and the Pickle Cucumber Cooler leans on cucumber and lime.

Drink responsibly. This one is for adults of legal drinking age. Want it without the booze? The zero-proof drinks are just as briny.
