Pickle Shandy
Half lager, half lemonade, a splash of brine. Porch-ready.
A Pickle Shandy is equal parts light lager and cold, still lemonade with a splash of dill pickle brine. The lemonade's sweetness rounds off the brine, so it tastes like a tart, salty lemonade with a beer finish. At roughly half the strength of a regular beer, it is built for long afternoons.

Bar lore
Shandy is short for shandygaff, an English name for beer mixed with ginger beer that dates to at least 1853. In Britain today a shandy usually means beer and lemonade, the fizzy kind.
Drink responsibly. This one is for adults of legal drinking age. Want it without the booze? The zero-proof drinks are just as briny.
