Dill Pickle Beerita
A pickle margarita crowned with cold lager. Dill salt all around.
The Dill Pickle Beerita is a pickle margarita topped with Mexican lager: blanco tequila, lime, orange liqueur and dill pickle brine shaken and poured over ice in a dill-salt rimmed glass, then finished with beer. It is stronger than the other beer drinks, with margarita tang, a fizzy top and a savory dill finish.

Bar tips
- Shake the margarita part only; never shake the beer.
- Make dill salt by mixing 2 parts kosher salt with 1 part dried dill.
- The beer dilutes the drink, so keep the agave if your lager is very dry.
Make it your own
- Pitcher for four: stir 6 oz tequila, 3 oz lime, 2 oz orange liqueur, 3 oz brine and 1 oz agave with ice, then top with 16 oz of lager just before serving.
Drink responsibly. This one is for adults of legal drinking age. Want it without the booze? The zero-proof drinks are just as briny.
