Spicy Pickle Beer
Hot-dill brine and fresh jalapeño. Cold beer, warm finish.
A Spicy Pickle Beer is a light lager mixed with brine from hot dill pickles, a couple of dashes of hot sauce and fresh jalapeño slices. Compared with the Classic, it adds a slow, building heat that the cold beer keeps in check. Expect salt and tang up front and a peppery finish.

Bar tips
- No spicy pickles on hand? Steep 3 jalapeño slices in regular dill brine in the fridge for an hour.
- The heat builds as you drink, so add a third dash of hot sauce halfway down only if you still want more.
Make it your own
- Swap the fresh jalapeño for a pinch of red pepper flakes stirred into the brine.
Drink responsibly. This one is for adults of legal drinking age. Want it without the booze? The zero-proof drinks are just as briny.
